All Epley Enterprises, Inc. products are guaranteed to be within industry accepted tolerances and specifications.To remove cuttings effectively, annular air velocity should be 4,000 to 5,000 ft/min. Annular velocity is governed by air consumption of the hammer, the size bit used to drill the hole, and the drill pipe size to which the hammer is attached. Decreasing the bit size or increasing the diameter of the drill pipe will increase the annular velocity. |
